Director, IRI-USP

Full Professor and Director of the Institute of International Relations at USP. She is currently coordinator of the International Relations research area of the Latin American Political Science Association (ALACIP) and of the International Political Thematic Area of the Brazilian Political Science Association (ABCP). She is also a member of the board of the Research Committee International Political Economy of the International Political Studies Association (IPSA), researcher at the Center for the Study of International Negotiations and coordinator of the Center for Comparative and International Studies (NAP-Neci). She is assistant coordinator of the USP Municipalities Program at USP. Graduated in Social Sciences, master’s and doctorate in Political Science at USP, postdoctorate at North Carolina State University (NCSU, 2013). She was President of the Graduate and Research Committee of IRI-USP (2014-2017), Coordinator of the Chamber of Standards and Resources of the Dean of Graduate Studies at USP (2016- 2017), editor of the Brazilian Political Science Review ( 2012-2016), visiting researcher at the Center for Latin American Studies at Georgetown University (USA, Washington, DC, 2000), at the City University of New York and at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2009). He has experience in Political Science, with an emphasis on Foreign Policy Analysis, working mainly with the following themes: foreign policy, international regimes, regional integration, public opinion.
