Gabriela is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Political Science-USP. She holds a PhD in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo and King’s College London (Joint Degree), a Master Recherche in Economie de la Mondialisation from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (Double Degree), and a Master in Education: History, Politics, Society from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais. Currently, she is researcher at the Center for the Study of International Negotiations (NAP—CAENI/USP), and a PART Collaborative Lecturer at FFLCH-USP. She has experience in International Relations with an emphasis on Internationalization of Culture, Education and Science, working mainly with the following themes: foreign policy, cultural and education diplomacy, and science and innovation diplomacy.
